Printing:
Six-colour (C.I. press)
printing ensures consistency of printed elastics & rigid
tapes.
In-house developing & exposing machinery
minimize the process turn-around time.
Dyeing:
The dyeing department
is equipped with complete facility & expertise
for matching shades to the minutest degree using Pantone systems.
Over 100000 meters of dyed elastics are produced daily.
Quality control:
Finite Quality testing (tensile testing) is completely
computerized and is done with state-of-the art equipment for elasticity.
Shrinkage & Fraying
tests are carried out meticulously to ensure quality conformity.
Further
manual checks of each & every meter produced are carried
out as a final visual quality control.
The Production
Facility:
Spread over 12,000sq. mts. the plant consists of over 60,000 sq.
ft. of built up facility and employs over 200 personnel.
